For shower glass & bath accessory installers on high-rise jobs

Every shower measured after tile. Every unit tracked to punch.

Your techs tap the shower or accessory on the bath plan, log the sizes and notes, and send the floor to order glass. You see every job, every floor, every bathroom, right on your phone.

Tap the shower. The plan lights it up.

This is how your techs measure in the app. Every shower door, tub screen and accessory is loaded from the bath plans and tagged. The one being measured lights up, so nothing gets missed.

    How it works

Every floor moves through the same five steps.

Each step is a tap on a phone. Your office and your owner board update the moment it happens.

    Why it matters

Your margin leaks between the field and the shop.

Wrong sizes, floors that aren't ready, and nobody sure what's done. Here's what that costs the industry.

    14 hrs

    What changes for you

Do more with the crew you have.

Good installers are hard to find, and most get paid by the piece. Ready floors and right sizes mean more units a day, for them and for you.

    • Measure only when tile is done. Floors show tile-ready before your tech drives out.
    • Plumb and curb notes saved with each shower. The glass gets cut right the first time.
    • Glass orders and lead times by floor. You know what's coming and when.
    • Accessory checklist per bathroom. Mirrors, towel bars, robe hooks and TP holders, all tagged on the plan.
    • Missing blocking or damaged tile? Flag it to the GC with a photo before you install.
    • Punch list per unit. Signed off by the GC super, with a dated record.

Add-on · one company per trade per state

    New-tower leads and GC outreach

We find new towers from public permit and planning records, and write intro emails to the GC for you to send. We only do this for one company per trade in each state, so your competitors can't get the same leads.

    Who's behind it

Built from the GC's side of the table.

Built by a GC superintendent: know the play before it's called.

I'm Joshua Tianga, a superintendent on 25-story residential towers for some of the largest GCs in Florida. I track subs floor by floor every day. Dynasty Ops gives your company the same view, so you know what the GC is going to ask before he asks it.

    Questions

    What owners ask first

Do my crews need to be good with tech?

No. They tap a floor, type a few numbers, and hit save. It works in English or Spanish on any phone.

    How long does setup take?

About a week for a pilot building. We load your drawings, set up your people, and train your PMs and crew leads.

What do I have to do?

Send the drawings for one building and give us 30 minutes of your PM's time. We do the rest.

Does it track accessories too, not just glass?

Yes. Every mirror, towel bar, robe hook and TP holder gets its own tag on the plan and its own check-off.

    Is my data private?

Each company only sees its own jobs, under its own login. We don't sell or share your data. See our privacy policy.

    Is there a long contract?

No. The pilot covers one building. If it works for you, we move all your jobs over. If it doesn't, you don't continue.

Why one company per trade for the leads add-on?

So the leads are worth something. If every company in your trade got the same list, nobody would get ahead.
